    Refund and cancellation requests will be handled in a timely manner. To submit a request, please email us at customerservice@spinflowstar.com. All refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5-7 business days.

    If you request a cancellation before the service or product has been delivered or processed, you are eligible for cancellation and a partial refund.

    In case of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), please contact us via email customerservice@spinflowstar.com as soon as possible, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
