We understand the frustration with the current high international shipping cost. Due to the recent global supply chain issues it has led to an increase in cost which is why we are working hard to set up regional warehouse fulfillment in:

2. Europe
3. India

Order Processing

• All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. We know you are excited to receive your FlowStar which is why we ship orders Monday-Saturday!
• Please note all Custom FlowStar’s require additional time to design, format, print, and tailor before they are shipped. Allow for an additional 10-15 business days for all customized stars.

Domestic Delivery

• $8.15 – Flat-rate shipping via USPS (Large Padded Envelope)
• Shipped domestically from our Flow base in Glendale, Arizona.
• Please allow 2-5 business day for domestic delivery. Varies based on your location and current delivery speeds of the USPS. There may be delays related to COVID-19 or increased holiday traffic.
• You will be sent tracking information via email or sms message once the FlowStar is on the way.

Mexico & Canada

• Sent via USPS from Arizona
