Studying abroad my final semester in college my local Spanish friend introduced me to the local game of dapo. I was instantly obsessed and practiced every chance I got in the plazas and parks of Catalonia

After returning to the states I continued to practice my flow, teach my friends, and experiment with LED lights for festivals, raves, & parties!

The Start of AstroBender

After encountering a group of Israeli's playing on an open rooftop in the beautiful Himalayas, Teva (previous owner) was instantly obsessed and started the spinning revolution in his home country of Australia in 2019 - with his supply chain operations being in Bali.

After Seeing My Passion To Grow The Spinning Community Teva Agreed To Sell The AstroBender Brand To Me

I Purchased AstroBender In March On The Same Exact Day I Was Originally Introduced...Only 3 Years In The Future

With new ownership, I wanted to add my own element of flair and story-telling so I decided to undergo a rebrand to bring my vision to life.
