LED Warranty

Duration: 1 year and 6 months from the shipment date.

Covered (for manufacturing defects):
- LED FlowStar body
- Light pods
- TPU anchors
- Charging case

If any of these components show a verified manufacturing defect or long-term wear that compromises function within the warranty duration, they will be repaired or replaced at no cost.

Not Covered:
- Lost or stolen items
- Physical damage (non-manufacturing defects)
- Water damage to light pods or charging case
- Damage from removing or tampering with the light casings without the supervision or direction from an LED Flowstar Team Member
