Beef

Hi I go by the name Beef :)

I have been working for Flowstar since mid 2025, and have been flowing with a star since 2023. When i first started, FlowStar quickly became a huge part of my everyday. At the time i was living in an RV just me and my dog, and i became addicted to flowing. All day everyday. It was a huge outlet for movement, connection, and peace for me. The more i got involved with the community the more i realized just how powerful this spinning cloth could be, and i wanted to be apart of the movement. FlowStar became my passion. From the act of flowing to the message behind it, i knew its where i belonged.
